If you no longer have access to your old number
Contact our Support team for help. Since you won't be able to use in-app chat without logging in, the options below don't require app access:
- Help Center chat: From any page on the RelayGO Help Center, tap or click the chat bubble in the bottom right corner to start a conversation.
- By phone: Call our Support line to speak with our team directly.
Have your email address on file ready. Our team can complete the update without access to your old number.
Don't create a new account if your number has changed — creating a second account may limit your access.
